Plus being vegan means reducing animal suffering as much as you can. It’s virtually impossible to avoid all animal by products in an animal consuming society. Animal fat is used in the making of steel and many other things. Cutting meat and dairy and animal by products out of my life, is doing much more for the environment and helping animals than the majority of people I know. I would accept antivenom if I seriously needed it. It’s not like the snakes are being farmed on the scale that cows, pigs, or chicken are or like the snakes are being severely mistreated like them either. Antivenom is vegan, it saves many lives and if a scientist needs to take a little bit from a snake without mistreating it or slitting its throat or putting it through unbearable agony to save lives, then that’s perfectly fine. Nice try though Adam, nice try!
